📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and another when your package is shipped with tracking details.

💳 Shipping Charges

UAE Orders:
- Free shipping on orders above AED 200
- AED 15 flat rate for orders below AED 200
GCC & International Orders:
- Calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier rates

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also track your order through your Lycosra account under the "My Orders" section.
