At Lycosra, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make things right. Please review our return and refund guidelines below to understand your options.

📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
Items must include original tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for return.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

Opened yoga mats or towels
Used resistance bands, gloves, or wearable accessories
Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"

💳 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect the item.
If eligible, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

To initiate a return:

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of your product.
Lycosra is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a faulty or incorrect product? We're so sorry!

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
